How the AI Smart Fridge Works
Step 1 — Tap to Open The employee taps their card or mobile wallet on the reader to authenticate. The fridge door unlocks instantly.
Step 2 — Browse and Pick The employee opens the fridge, browses the selection, and takes whatever they want — just like opening a fridge at home. No scanning, no selecting on a screen.
Step 3 — Pre-Authorization Hold The moment the door closes, the AI vision system identifies every item removed. A pre-authorized hold is placed on the payment account for the value of the selected products.
Step 4 — Automatic Settlement The system confirms the items taken and settles the final charge automatically. If the employee puts something back before closing the door, it is not charged. The remaining pre-authorized balance is released instantly — accurate, transparent, and fully automated.
